Timely Cancelation Policy: *

To ensure optimal scheduling options for all my valued guests, it is imperative to provide a minimum of 48 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. Failure to comply with this requirement will result in a charge equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service, which must be paid in full before any future bookings can be confirmed. This charge is non-refundable. Moreover, clients who fail to provide any notice or simply do not show up for their appointment will be subject to a 100% service charge, which must be settled before any future bookings can be established. Your understanding and adherence to this policy are greatly appreciated as it enables me to offer the highest level of service to all my valued clients.
